This page sets out the terms of use which apply to you when you register as a user to use our website iGrow-Software.co.uk (“our site”/”the iGrow site”).

From time to time we may require you to agree to additional terms which apply to specific new features or services which we make available on our site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and any additional terms brought to your attention and that you agree to abide by them. iGrow-Software is a demonstration site for the iGrow software product. iGrow-Software and iGrow software is operated by Harlow Printing Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 00435445 whose registered office is at Maxwell Street, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE33 4PU.

YOUR ACCESS TO OUR SITE

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (although we will always do our best to provide you with at least 30 days notice). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. You understand and accept that if our site is no longer available for any reason, you may no longer be able to access and use any of the data you uploaded on our site.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site. We do this if this is necessary for any reason or in order to improve the services we make available to you on the iGrow-Software site. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.

YOU HAVE A LIMITED RIGHT TO USE THE SOFTWARE ON OUR SITE

iGrow-Software gives you limited access to the iGrow software for a 30 Day trial or evaluation period.

This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the iGrow solution. You may not (and you may not permit anyone else) to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the iGrow software or any part thereof, unless this is expressly permitted or required by law.

If you copy or download any part of our site or use our software in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

OUR LIABILITY

The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we and third parties connected to us expressly exclude:

All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

By signing up to iGrow-Software you agree to the team from Harlow Printing Limited being able to contact you via either email, post of telephone. If you do not agree to this please do not sign up to iGrow-Software.
